At Cornerstone Armoured Vehicles, each vehicle will be carefully disassembled and every part will be meticulously categorized and labeled. This detailed protocol will ensure that the reassembly process is performed in a way that maintains the original internal appearance.

We pride ourselves in a unique technique of bending ballistic steel instead of cutting it into small pieces to maintain the structural integrity of the base metal. The floor of this Chevrolet Suburban was built in minimal pieces to preserve the ballistic performance.  

To retain the strength of the ballistic steel, we cut only when absolutely necessary.  The steel is bent to a safe radius to ensure it can function at its maximum efficiency.  The three pillars on this Suburban were created with just one piece of ballistic steel. From the front pillar to the rear of the car, a total of 5 pieces were used. 

When the ballistic steel is perfectly fitted into the structure, the original pins work by attaching the panels back to the frame without screws. This will prevent future noise and breakage caused by the vibration of the running vehicle.

By using the original parts, our technique preserves the internal OEM appearance and condition, ultimately providing long-term benefits.
